G&Co is a lifestyle brand & design studio. We exist to provide creative direction and design for people who want to grow their brands, wherever they are in the world.

Est. 2016

It all began in 2016, when Creative Director, George Jillard launched his design studio, G&CO. So named, because it was always the creative direction and strategy of George Jillard, but with added skillsets of his long term trusted friendships of his fellow strategists and creatives.

Got questions?

  • We’re here for brands that need more than a facelift. The ones with complex stories that need sharpening, products that need smarter design, and businesses ready to shake things up but not sure where to start.

Branding, product design, strategy—whatever it takes to get you where you need to be. Whether it’s refining, rebuilding, or reimagining, we bring clarity, creativity, and straight-talking strategy to make it happen.

We love a challenge. Bring it on.

  • G&CO is a collective, not a traditional agency—so you get top-tier talent without the hefty overheads. We’re not the most expensive, but we won’t be the cheapest either. Our pricing reflects the value, experience, and strategic thinking we bring to every project.

Branding projects start from £5k, depending on scope.

Product Design (Websites) typically start from £10k, based on functionality.

We don’t just work with brands that have endless budgets—we work with those who see branding as an investment, not a box to tick.

  • Once a project’s booked in, we’re ready to hit the ground running. This is our world, but we get that it’s just one part of yours—so things can sometimes slow down on your end. The quicker you move, the quicker we deliver.

Brand projects take around 4–12 weeks.

Product Design (websites etc)?Expect around 12-16 weeks.

No hanging around—let’s get it done.

  • We’re always happy to have an initial chat—whether that’s in person, at our place, over video, or even on the phone (yes, we still use those).

For websites, a written brief is a big help. It gives us something to refer back to and ensures we’re covering all the functionality you need. Even a simple ‘must-haves’ vs. ‘nice-to-haves’ list makes a difference.

And then there’s budget—we’re not here to play guessing games. Knowing your ballpark upfront means we can focus on delivering the best possible solution within your price range, without wasted time or unrealistic expectations.

  • Our brand values speak for themselves—if they resonate with you, chances are we’re a great match.

We work best with businesses in a Moment of Change—those ready to evolve, refine, or take things to the next level.

Here’s what we look for in a client:

    Decision-makers who take action

Trust in the process and our expertise

    A clear sense of purpose

Curiosity and a willingness to explore

People who leave the ego at the door

If that sounds like you, let’s talk.

  • If you’re venture-funded, we’re all in. We love working with Series A, B, and C startups, helping them level up and make an impact.

  • Rather than just firing over a document, we prefer to walk you through it—either in person or over a video call. This way, we can answer any questions upfront and make sure we’ve nailed what you need.

You’ll still get a deck with all the details, but this approach helps us get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit.

  • Timelines depend on our current workload, but we typically kick things off within two weeks of sign-off. Once you accept our proposal, we’ll send over:

    • Letter of Agreement

    • Terms & Conditions

    • New Client Form

    • Accepted Project Quote via Xero

    • TBC - Initial Invoice

From there, we’ll hold an internal kick-off, start planning, and arrange a scoping meeting if needed.

Oh, and just a heads-up—if you instruct us to start work without signing the agreement, our T&Cs still apply.

  • Strategy is at the core of everything we do—it’s what we do best. So yes, we’re more than happy to take on strategy-only projects.

  • No, we don’t. Our developers are top-notch and can build just about anything, but we prefer working with designs we’ve crafted ourselves. If a design hasn’t been as carefully considered as ours, it can turn into a headache for everyone trying to make it work.

If you’re thinking about a website, let’s chat from the start—it’ll make the whole process smoother.
